Meet Our Team

At the Bloomingdale Wellness Collective, we emphasize collaboration while tailoring treatment to each individual and family, understanding that therapy is a partnership. Our doctoral level therapists provide expert, compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy to help you navigate challenging circumstances.

Our expertise is in the treatment of eating disorders, OCD, anxiety and mood disorders, substance use, and healing from experiences of trauma.

How It Works

Founded by PGSP-Stanford trained clinical psychologists with advanced therapy training, our mission is to provide effective therapy that helps individuals and families meet their goals. Our clinicians specialize in helping people overcome anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, depression, and experiences of trauma, grief, and loss. Click here to learn more about all of our areas of expertise.

All services are currently provided via telehealth to clients across California. We offer virtual care using secure, HIPPA-compliant software.

Here's how it works:

  • Step 1:

    • Contact us to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to get started. We will have a conversation about your needs and goals and match you with a therapist.

  • Step 2:

    • Coordinate a convenient time to start the Intake process. We'll send you some initial forms through our secure electronic health record. During this time, your provider will be serving as a consultant and you will not yet be in a doctor-patient relationship. At the end of the Intake process, if you agree it is a good fit and you would like to continue working together, then you will be an “established patient” and begin treatment together.

  • Step 3:

    • You and your therapist will develop a plan based on your concerns and goals, and will schedule ongoing therapy sessions.

Our Story

Our practice is named after Bloomingdale Road, the historical thoroughfare in New York City's Manhattan Valley where our founder is from. Bloomingdale Road was built in 1707, roughly along present-day Broadway, land previously inhabited by the Lenape people and the animals of the island. The newly accessible Upper West Side of Manhattan became an area of farms that grew crops to feed the New York City's residents at the southern tip of the island. In 1868, Broadway replaced the Old Bloomingdale Road.

At the Bloomingdale Wellness Collective, we honor the layers of history that inform the present. We work with you to explore your past and understand how your previous experiences affect your current self, and help you to figure out the stuff you’re here to figure out.
